Very horrible experience here. Would not recommend sending a dog here. The staff is uncaring, unhelpful and incompetent. My son was in a crisis and I couldn't even get them to call me back AFTER his assessment over the phone. Called again after the weekend thinking they were busy and was told the person I needed to talk to was gone and he would call me in the morning. That did not happen. I called back, was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes...and hour and a half later, I get a call from a guy named Mark telling me insurance wouldn't cover and he didn't have any insurance anyway...well, yes, yes he does and has his whole life. I knew insurance would cover, because I called and sp9ke to them myself. They were too lazy and/or uncaring to do anything. I pray that the current patients there are being cared for and treated properly but I strongly recommend staying far, far away from this place. There are so many other, much better facilities around here that will do an infinitely better job than these clowns!
My daughter is being admitted in to Diamond Grove. I pray that GOD sends his ministering Angel's ahead of her to watch over her,and protect her. Most of all, everything I've read and heard from the hinds county detention center has been nothing but Good.... So I sit in wait in a positive attitude for a powerful testimony.... I would like to say thank you in advance for a job well done....
A good place
I have been here so mind time when i was s lil girl not one time did it help me all it done to me was all fun and games. Now i am 21 yeara old with a 2 year old lil girl i will never put my kid into something like this for what nothing they dont get nothing out of it...
