My experience was awful. Kathy was too busy to deal with my little order because she is "too busy for the holidays" and hung up on me.
Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience! I called in the late afternoon and asked about a delivery to my grandmother in the hospital for the same day. The flowers were delivered in less than an hour. I was very impressed by the fast and friendly service. I highly recommend Jerry's Flowers & Gifts. Also, the flowers were beautiful. They put a much needed smile on my grandmother's face! Thank you!
